Combining a program of yoga, flexibility and pole dancing in a natural setting, close to London. This is a unique and wonderful way to have fun with alternative forms of fitness and feel your wholeness and spirit while connecting with the wonder of nature. Raphaella Rose will be leading the daily yoga and meditation portion of our time together. Justine McLucas (Ecole De Pole) will conduct daily flexibility and stretch sessions to increase your core strength, as well as the opportunity to try Pole Dancing for fitness, to increase upper body & ab strength whilst enjoying a fun and challenging form of movement. If you are new to any one the physical disciplines on offer, let this be an experience that awakens your body and mind to new ways of working. By the end of the weekend you will have experienced something new to enliven your spirit and of course some important time out to relax. After all, this is mini break get-away!
